Welcome aboard!
We run small-crew, training-first passages across the Baltic, Atlantic and Mediterranean. This is not a paid charter. Crew make contributions toward running costs (food on board, fuel, ports, safety consumables, charts/subscriptions, pro-rated maintenance).
We’re here to teach, mentor and explore. Your skipper holds RYA Yachtmaster Ocean (Commercially Endorsed) and has thousands of offshore miles leading deliveries on the Scandinavia ↔ Netherlands ↔ Mediterranean corridor—plus experience aboard high-performance race boats (VO65/VO70 class). Expect calm, professional decision-making, clear briefs, and the kind of practical seamanship you only get from real ocean miles.
Daily guideline: Baltic/Atlantic €65/crew/day, Mediterranean €74/crew/day.
We publish a per-leg estimate (kitty cap); contributions are pooled to run the voyage.
A modest surplus may, with crew consent, fund a shared end-of-leg meal (up to €15/pp), or be rolled to the next leg.
Training-first: watchkeeping, passage planning, heavy-weather tactics, night entries, safety culture.
Advanced nav coaching: a library of our own navigation materials, from practical pilotage to celestial navigation (astro) drills—sextant practice when weather allows.
Real miles: purposeful, longer legs (Biscay, Strait of Gibraltar, West Med) that build judgement as well as a logbook.
We sail to learn and to feel the sea—dawn landfalls, quiet anchorages, the rhythm of watches, and the simple beauty of a well-trimmed boat. The technical and the wild live side by side here: checklists and check stars; safety briefings and sunset squalls; purposeful coaching and the joy of discovery.
Led by a RYA Yachtmaster Ocean (CE) skipper with thousands of offshore miles, regular deliveries Scandinavia ↔ Netherlands ↔ Mediterranean, and time on high-performance boats (VO65/VO70). Calm judgment, clear briefs, real seamanship.
We run training-first passages with a small crew (max 3 + skipper). No “berth price”. Crew contribute to running costs (food, fuel, ports, safety, charts, maintenance pro-rata). Skipper does not contribute.
Ocean-grade kit: EPIRB, liferaft, Jonbuoy, personal AIS for each crew, jackstays, flares. Night harness/tethers, watch system, solid passage plans.
We tailor the route and coaching to the crew and weather—no cookie-cutter trips. Offshore legs for real miles; sensible bailouts when it’s smart.
Hands-on mentoring: watchkeeping, passage planning, heavy-weather tactics, night entries. Navigation library on board—from pilotage to celestial (astro) with sextant practice when conditions allow.
Nature lovers: quiet anchorages, wildlife, big skies.
Ambitious beginners: safe first miles with structure and support.
Experienced sailors: challenging navigation, longer watches, offshore decision-making.
We balance the technical with the wild—checklists and star fixes, safety drills and sunrise landfalls. Learn, explore, and enjoy the sea—properly.

Over the years, sailing has taught me more than I ever expected. It’s not just about the sea — it’s about people, mindset, and discovery. Now, with over 50,000 nautical miles sailed across Europe’s most iconic waters, I help others discover sailing as both an adventure and a personal journey. I’ve sailed the Atlantic, Mediterranean, Baltic, North Sea, Norwegian Sea — all the way to the Barents Sea — gaining experience through cruises, regattas, and deliveries in a wide range of conditions. As a commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Ocean , PZŻ Yachtmaster Ocean (sail and power ), STCW-certified skipper, I know that adapting to the sea is only part of the job. More importantly, it’s about adapting to the people — so that every crew member feels safe, supported, and inspired. My goal is to create sailing experiences that leave you not only with new skills, but also with unforgettable memories and a fresh outlook on the world around you.
